Locate your distributor or dealer
With the device powered off, connect it to a computer, then press and hold the Select Dial (3) and the Test Button (1) simultaneously.
It should be tried to hold down the keys for a couple of different times (e.g. 1 second, 2 seconds, 5 seconds).
If unsuccessful, please try as follows:
1. Plug into computer.
2. Press and hold the Select Dial (3), and single press the Test Button (1).
