Satos must not be powered via PoE (Power over Ethernet).

                                • Only shielded Ethernet cables should be used.
                                • The Ethernet cable should be earthed at both ends. This is achieved by connecting the mains cable to the Satos and plugging it into an appropriately earthed socket. The Ethernet equipment used by the customer (router, switch, etc.) should be earthed.
                                • The maximum permissible cable length is 100m
                                • An Ethernet cable connected directly to the Satos must not leave the building.
